2008 New Year's Affirmation

(I know that I owe all of you tales about Christmas: the food, the family, the friends, the pack o' dogs, the OVERLOAD of gifts showered upon Sebastian and the girls, and they are coming.  I've been extremely busy gathering my thoughts and trying to string a coherent sentence together which doesn't include some kind of business buzzword or comment explaining a current state of confusion.)

I'm adhering to my personal philosophy of not making New Year's Resolutions.  Instead I'm holding fast to New Year's Affirmations.

This is my affirmation for 2008: Love Big.

Huh?  Let me explain.  When you Love Big it affects and touches every part of your life; family, friends, work and overall outlook on life.  It's a small statement with far reaching implications.  It implies a certain level of risk with big rewards not only for you as an individual but for anyone whose life you touch. It's something that I've been working towards in many areas of my life over the past year but consolidating it into two words pretty much encompasses everything I've been striving to do.

2008: Love Big, y'all.
